I have heartbeats in my stomach. I still come on period? How?

"heartbeats in my stomach" ?? you mean? your own heartbeat you feeling or you're positive that you're pregnant or that you've seen a gynae and doc to confirm on your pregnancy? if not tested.....it's really just your own heartbeat. or please if you're bleeding and knew you were pregnant you need to go a&e and get a check up
