I’m sorry, I don’t really get your question. By heartbeats, you meant you’ve already confirmed your pregnancy or you just felt heartbeat likes in your tummy? If you haven’t test for pregnancy, it’s most probably just your own pulse. I get that too even when I’m not pregnant. If you’ve tested positive and bleeding, please see a gynae asap.
