Does piles affect natural birth?

Hi, I have had external piles even before pregnancy, and they get thrombosed after bowel movements. I’m wondering if this condition will affect natural delivery and whether c-sect is a better option? Appreciate any advice! Thanks!

You may want to consult your gyne on this. I also went through the same and had natural birth for birth. My gyne pushed it in after she did a small stitch up and on my subsequent visit, she gave me some cream to apply.
