Fever during pregnancy is normal?

i have a fever and body pain from yesterday night. is it normal how can it be cure as we cannot take any medicine during pregnancy. or do I need to take doctor appointment? or without appointment also I can go direct? pls help

Visit GP also can. Fever may affect bb. Best to see doc to assess. Tell him or her you are preggy and they will give you pregnancy safe drugs
