Aiii sayang, cramps and spotting tu boleh jadi banyak reasons, bukan simply the chair or aircon je. Better you see your doctor soon lah, especially since it's happening consistently kat office, so they can check apa yang sebenarnya going on. A few of us mums have had similar symptoms before and once we got checked, baru tahu the actual cause. Please don't delay on this one okay?
