I think it's worth mentioning to your gynae at your next scan since you had it borderline in your second pregnancy, just so they can monitor it more closely this time around. Since you carried your second one without intervention and went to 39 weeks, that's actually quite reassuring, but every pregnancy can be different so it's good to keep an eye on it. I'd ask them what signs to watch for and whether they want to do more frequent cervix checks this time, that way you'll feel more prepared and less anxious about it.
