Spotting and Keputihan

I have a bit of spotting with yellow keputihan today as im entering my 6 weeks. sebelum ni ada keputihan kekuningan doc check air kencing takdak jangkitan but didnt take the sample yet. hari ni i think i got some brownish spotting tapi macam sikit sgt and im not sure if its really brown sbb dia dah kering. tapi keputihan still keluar colour kuning. should i be seeing the doc instantly. or should i just observe first kalau ada that brownish discharge. so worried because previously i had a miscarriage tapi yang sebelum ni mmg fresh blood yang warna merah keluar. ni takda warna merah langsung.
