what kind of circumstance need to use belt?

i have one belt in home. but dont know should use it or not coz i m not experiencing any known situation need to use it? so wonder when u should use it, its optional or? and can use until what wks? i m 32wk now.

I used it when my big tummy is too heavy and adding to much pressure to my back. It’s up to you actually. It’s not a must put thing in the first place.
