Hi anyone can feel having a cough during pregnancy? its is normal ?

I have been suffering from runny nose and cough for almost 4 days And i feel like its getting worse na and I'm kinda worried that it will affect my baby. Im 20 weeks pregnant. Anyone help me how to treat this.
