I have been slowly getting nipple soreness from expressing milk. Is there any way to reduce the soreness? I have been trying size 21 and 24 flange but it still hurt. I cannot tell if the flange works properly or not. TIA

Ugh i feel you. I lowered down the suction to my comfort if it gets too painful for a few pumping sessions.
