Why is it so hard to conceive baby #2?

I have been doing the deed during my ovulation window (though I didn’t check using OPKs) but why is it so hard to get pregnant with baby #2? Currently I’m having diarrhoea and cramps. Also missed my period for 2 days. I don’t want to even take a home pregnancy test as I’m afraid of disappointment. Anyone understand?

I know because last time when i was trying for #1 for a period of time i get so demoralized. My menses were irregular. i stopped trying for a long time and i wasnt really tracking since it was irregular, just nice #1 came. Try to relax abit…. :) jy!

Ah that’s a nice age gap! :) ooh you didn’t use ovulation kit or track so kept doing the feed every other day right? 😆 you started trying for baby number 2 when your first one was 17 months?
