You can try to snack before you pump and after. I usually have a hot milo before I pump. I find it also increases the yield. Increase your water intake as well. It will get better. I no longer feel nauseous after my 2nd month. All the best!

Nausea when pumping is due to the release of the oxytocin hormone which causes let down and easier digestion.
Unfortunately, this is also associated with nausea.
