I have acne problems and it is making my life so miserable im unable to face anyone. Other than home and work, i am unable to go anywhere else people will keep looking at me. At work, i always try to put my head low and try not to talk to colleagues. I've tried tcm, laser, tried all good review skin doctor, dermatologists, specialists. Im at my wits end and is affecting my life so much i feel like dying.

I've been having acne problems since I was 10 years old, I'm 21 now so it's been 11 years - but I am still trying to figure it out! I've tried many ways like you did, but I didn't see a dermatologist or go for any treatments - these are some things that has helped me (I just started not long ago!), so they may help you too :) I think the most important thing to note is to understand your skin type and what's causing your acne problems - this can be done with skin analysis, dermatologist etc! Sometimes, it could be the diet that we have or our routines that is causing it. For skincare, this is what I'm doing: - cleansing with breastmilk bar soap and konjac sponge (just washing with our hands isn't clean enough!) - diluted apple cider vinegar as toner - fresh aloe vera as moisturizer * I'm getting a blueberry vitamin C facial serum and hemp seed oil whipped butter from Sayang Our Skin to help with moisturizing and an antioxidant boost, and a sunscreen balm from Dirty Hippie Cosmetics. As you can see, they are all made of natural ingredients and are mostly handmade so there's a control over the ingredients used - try not to get retail store products, especially if there are ingredients that you don't understand - and always Google for reviews! Other than what you use for your face, another thing to look at is your personal hygiene - reducing/not wearing makeup, cleaning your mouth after meals, not touching your face (or at least washing your hands before), putting your hair up and away from face, washing hair regularly, changing pillowcase regularly etc. Lastly, as mentioned before, it could also be related to your diet and health - if you do a quick Google search, you can see what parts of your face corresponds to what issue (eg. where for sleep deprivation, where for bad digestion etc) so that'll help! You'll also need to eat healthily because oily/fried/sour/spicy food are likely to cause acne problems :( Don't be despaired or frustrated over your acne, many people have it at least once in their lives - and it's part of what makes you, you! Sometimes, it could just be a hormonal issue - and that goes away with time so there's nothing much you could do to stop those. Otherwise, eat well, rest well, keep good hygiene, avoid ingredients/products you don't know and it'll help in the long run :)
