I've been having acne problems since I was 10 years old, I'm 21 now so it's been 11 years - but I am still trying to figure it out! I've tried many ways like you did, but I didn't see a dermatologist or go for any treatments - these are some things that has helped me (I just started not long ago!), so they may help you too :) I think the most important thing to note is to understand your skin type and what's causing your acne problems - this can be done with skin analysis, dermatologist etc! Sometimes, it could be the diet that we have or our routines that is causing it. For skincare, this is what I'm doing: - cleansing with breastmilk bar soap and konjac sponge (just washing with our hands isn't clean enough!) - diluted apple cider vinegar as toner - fresh aloe vera as moisturizer * I'm getting a blueberry vitamin C facial serum and hemp seed oil whipped butter from Sayang Our Skin to help with moisturizing and an antioxidant boost, and a sunscreen balm from Dirty Hippie Cosmetics. As you can see, they are all made of natural ingredients and are mostly handmade so there's a control over the ingredients used - try not to get retail store products, especially if there are ingredients that you don't understand - and always Google for reviews! Other than what you use for your face, another thing to look at is your personal hygiene - reducing/not wearing makeup, cleaning your mouth after meals, not touching your face (or at least washing your hands before), putting your hair up and away from face, washing hair regularly, changing pillowcase regularly etc. Lastly, as mentioned before, it could also be related to your diet and health - if you do a quick Google search, you can see what parts of your face corresponds to what issue (eg. where for sleep deprivation, where for bad digestion etc) so that'll help! You'll also need to eat healthily because oily/fried/sour/spicy food are likely to cause acne problems :( Don't be despaired or frustrated over your acne, many people have it at least once in their lives - and it's part of what makes you, you! Sometimes, it could just be a hormonal issue - and that goes away with time so there's nothing much you could do to stop those. Otherwise, eat well, rest well, keep good hygiene, avoid ingredients/products you don't know and it'll help in the long run :)
Try below and must be patient. 1. Lemon Juice, the natural astringent and antibacterial properties of lemon juice are great for cleaning up skin. 2. Papaya - A very common ingredient in acne treatments. All you have to do is mash up the flesh of the papaya to form a paste or lotion consistency and apply directly to the skin. Leave it up to 30 mins, then rinse and moisturize. 3. Manuka honey - it's legendary wound healing and soothing properties. Simply applied directly tobthe skin then later rinsed. 4. Aloe vera - You may search from supermarket for the raw aloe vera. Peel of the skin the cut into slides piece then put it on your face. Or you may cook it and add some rock sugar as dessert.
Have you tried a detox tea? Often when I have a crazy breakout, I realise it's because I'm heaty inside and constipated. I usually just buy a detox tea mix from Watsons and Guardian (sometimes I use that TeaTox brand but it's quite fancy) and let the tea work its magic. Once I get my system cleansed, the skin clears up within days. Drinking water that's been infused with cucumber and lemon works before going to bed also helps, in my case.
Try adjusting your diet and your mindset. Try to go on clean diet like having fruits and vegetable diet to purge those toxin out. And try out liver cleansing as our body clogs the toxin and if our liver is not well and functional we get those problem. Things dont work immediately probably also the way of life like sleeping patterns and honestly makeup if not clean properly is a killer
I had the same issue!! I do the following to make sure that my acne does not flare up: On an empty stomach take this remedy: pound ginger and turmeric or use the powder if you don't have - pound into a paste, add black pepper, 1 tsp honey, 1tsp coconut oil. 1 tbs of lemon juice and mix into 100 ml of warm water - drink this every morning and night.
Sometimes acne are caused by stress since you have gone to dermatologists already and tried many possible medicines to control it then this what i can advise you do away with stress, relax, have a good sleep and eat citrus fruits and other fruits amd just wash your face with mild soap. Do away with dust stop loose or pressed powder for awhile

I found dermalogica products good for me. Also can use thermal spring water to spray on your face. Extra Virgin Coconut oil can help too. I find the creams that dermalogists give very strong.
If you have seen dermatologists etc, did they suggest Rocutane or Accutane, when all else failed? But do note these may has side effects and has to be monitored by the doc when taking
Try inner cleansing instead. Drink lots of water, avoid oil as much as possible, exercise and take organic juices to detoxify.
