Faint Line

Hi. I have 4 consecutive days of faint line :( Seems like the line doesn’t get any darker after 48hours. What should i do? Shld i wait for a week for a retest or shld i just walk in to a&e to check? Im paranoid bcoz i had 2x miscarriage…
