Rashes around mouth

I have a 14weeks old who have been sucking on her fist all the time! Plus she drools alot. The skin around her mouth starts to develop pump like rashes which I suspect is drool rash. Any product recommendations to help reduce those rashes around her mouth? Thanks!

Mine is 2.5mths old, always looking at her hands, licks her mittens n hands.. drools alot too! Sometimes i use a pc of cloth to cleanthe drool away if i see it..

I always clean around my babys' mouth and dry it properly to avoid that. if the rash is cracked or painful, better to meet your paediatrician.
