Baby twitch head sometimes

Hi I have a 13 month baby and we recently realized she twitch her head sometimes. It’s is a very small twitch and undetected until we monitored her. The twitch is at the right side twice fast small action. Any parent experience this with their baby? Know what is it? Any cause for concern?
