Breast pain @ week 12

Hi all, i hav breast pain at first trimester for a few weeks and it got better. but this week starting week 12, i experience breast pain/sore again esp when i am sleeping. i will wake up due to the pain/sore. is it common or normal? any remedy to soothe?

Sore breasts are normal while pregnant. It comes and goes. I had super sore breasts during my 1st trimester that I had to wear a bra at home which I normally don't cos of the abrasion against my shirt. Now at 34 weeks, the soreness comes and goes but not as bad as during my 1st trimester. Wear a nursing bra or wireless ones.
