Vomiting at 26 weeks

I had severe vomiting (HG) in first trimester. Now into 26 weeks and seems like my vomiting has slowly resumed! 😭 Once every 2 days. Anyone experienced the same and how did you ease this?

it’s normal as the stomach acid flows backwards.. take small bites when eating
