6 week pregnant

I just had a scan at KKH, can see baby and doc said all normal but no heartbeat. Come back another week to see if there is development. Worried, i went to Private clinic at Hii Woman Khatib, Doc mentioned no bby at all. So i dont know which one to believe... KKH or Private?

6 weeks might be too early! like what doc say maybe wait another week or 2 to determine whether if theres heartbeat or not😊
