Could this be positive

I had a miscarriage last april, then comes my period on May 9-13. I am 3 days delayed now and took this test. I can see a faint line so i went to see my doctor but no sac was found. Is it too early or possible it is another early miscarriage?

Yes. Mi that's a positive.. Ganyan din saakin nakaraang araw Jul 12,din nag pa blood Serum Test ako kahapon and its positive.. Na miscarriage din ako last January 8,2026. Mag ingat na tau.. Thank you Lord.
