have u visited your gynae? most of the women bp is on the slightly low side. i slept alot during my first trimester where the morning sickness normally kicks in. probably just rest more if u felt tired.
I often feel tired too but i feel better whenever i drink lots of water and eat fruits
I hev dat aswell... asleep n rest as much as u can and eat small meals often to keep yo BP up
