Hi, I just had my first appt with obgyn at 7 weeks. Doctor did a tranvaginal ultrasound but could only see a black spot (6mm). Asked me to return in 2 days to check my hcg hormones. Has any encountered this in normal pregnancy? I'm afraid to experience empty sac pregnancy as this is my first pregnancy. 😪
