high BP after emergency c sec

I had emergency c sect the other day and right after it i had high blood pressure which i NEVER had before. Anyone had the same thing as me? I feel so sad and feel useless that i can't do much around the house???

Your blood pressure can go up when you’re emotionally stressed, or in pain, or for many other reasons. It’s not your fault, and the blood pressure should come back to normal soon. Don’t be stressed or feel useless. You’ve done an amazing job to bring your baby into this world ❤️
