Absent Kidney Seen In 20 Week Ultrasound

I just had my detailed scan done today (week 20 day 4) with Dr's appointment and I was told that the one of the kidney was not seen in the fetus but a clear cyst seen intead. I'm really so worried. Told to go for a repeat scan next week.
