Anyone had VBAC before?

I had a c-sect last 2 years. My edd now will be in August. However, the doctor said if I want to go for vaginal birth, it must all come natural. As in contractions, water bag burst, and dilation. There will be no assistance such as induce. Is there any tip for me to have vaginal birth naturally?
