Had my 20wks scan last mth & the sonographer did point out the complete structure of the brains, upper & lower lips, nose bridge, heart valves, kidneys & every other organ in details.
My girl is breech & facing outwards so everything is clear.
i just had my 20weeks scan last tuesday, and yes they checking the cleft lip. sonographer showed me also that lips is okay.

Did you do NIPT? Usually they will check any abnormalities against the blood test results
