Pumped for two days and still at 30ml. Anyone knows how to improve BM supply? Using Spectra S9.

I had 1 session of lactation massage and it helped to unclog some lumps, had an increase supply afterwards but it only maintained the same amount of BM. For Spectra S9, used massage mode for 3 mins and expression for 20mins. Pumped every 3 hours. Hope to get some help! 🥲

Same.. I’m pumping 20-40ml per breast. nothing helps to increase (food, red dates tea, lactation cookie, etc) I’m using spectra s9 too. They says once u see milk start producing, quickly switch to expression mode. I’m pumping every 3 hours too, and I’m starting to give up 😭😭😭
