Pumped for two days and still at 30ml. Anyone knows how to improve BM supply? Using Spectra S9.

Drink more water, take sunflower lecithin to thin out your milk. It took me 1.5m to have a better supply. Before that I was pumping 30-65ml (both sides combined) even after massage. You can consider pumping after a warm shower. Just don’t stress will do. Use your phone when you pump, don’t bother about the amount. Stress is the biggest milk killer.

Same.. I’m pumping 20-40ml per breast. nothing helps to increase (food, red dates tea, lactation cookie, etc) I’m using spectra s9 too. They says once u see milk start producing, quickly switch to expression mode. I’m pumping every 3 hours too, and I’m starting to give up 😭😭😭
