Bug Bites During First Trimester

I got some bug bites after visiting the beach and itching so badly.. and the bump is warm .. wondering if anyone knows if it will affect the fetus? Am I paranoid as I am only in my first trimester and I don’t know what to expect and it’s so stressful .
