Can take paracetamol for chills/fever?

I just got my progesterone jab this morning. Feeling numbness on jab area which i heard is normal. Feeling chilly now and just afraid i may have slight temperature later. Can i take paracetamol? Am takin duphaston too. Gynae office is closed now. Tqia!
