Ovulation digital results

Hi! I got a positive ovulation test on 21 May. Used the digital test so I saw the smiley face and went on to have sex. I know instruction mentioned there isn’t a need to do the test thereafter but I’ve got curious. Took out the test and saw the line lighter than the control but still warranted a positive) I went on to do the tests in 22 and 23 May. 23May’s morning was the darkest. Does that mean ovulation has not occured or that morning was when ovulation took place?
