I am going back to work in jan. I'm DL my baby now and have no stash in the freezer. How do I get started with building up a stash? My baby drinks 3 hourly now.

Every time your baby latch on one side, pump out from the other side. Slowly but surely, you will have milk bottles filling up. The more you pump, the more you will have.

I latch both sides. I'm quite a Low supply mum
