You can see a doctor and take daflon, the medicine for piles:) (compatible with breastfeeding) there’s also something called a sitz bath.. essentially, you sit in a basin of salt water. That helps too:)

I got it during last trimester , i think close to edd . But went away just before giving birth . Doc prescribed me with some medications when i got discharge , because I told them i had hermorroids
