I gave a pea-size goldilocks cake icing to my 7-m.o baby and I just noticed she went so hyper, shouting out so loud from morning til evening. Is cake icing bad for babies?

Cake icing usually contain a high concentration of sugar! As an adult, I still get a "high" eating cakes with heavy frosting. I can only imagine what it must feel like for a 7 month old baby. I wouldn't say it's bad in such a small quantity but it will make baby hyper especially if it's baby's first time tasting something sooo sweet. It will wear off eventually and probably fall asleep.

Pls do not give anymore cake icing to your baby. They should avoid sugar, salt, oil and other seasoning till they are after 1 yr old
contains tonnes of sugar...and sugar shouldnt be incorporated into their diet til a later age
No sugar or salt till atleast a year old!
its stil filled with sugar
No salt n sugar before 1y
