Spilled milk !

I just gave birth to a handsome bahy boy on 17th April, but from the day he's born, there's something or the other always bothering him. Currently he's vomitting alot of milk after his feeding sessions, the milk he's spilling out is kind of like paneer and water, I don't know what is it. Is it normal ? Why is it happening ?
