Colostrum - how much to feed/how to feed my newborn

Hello. I just gave birth 5 days ago and am producing colostrum now. I read online that newborn only needs about 1 teaspoon of colostrum? My son refuses to latch now so I am pumping out for him. Do we feed him as per normal like 50ml of colostrum per feed? Just like if I latch him he will feed until he’s full.
