Massive hair fall/loss after 4 mth post partum

I gave birth 4 mths ago.. but eversince lately.. been losing lots of hair.. i cant literally comb without having chunka of hair caught in the hairbrush.. dont mention the amount of hair on the floor when i shower.. so scary.. do you all have any experience like this n what do you do to stop massive hair loss/fall? 😟🥺😥#1stimemom
