Numbness in hands after pregnancy

I gave birth 4 months ago. I have been having this sciatica pain in both my thighs since I was pregnant and my gynae said it takes 3-6 months for them to go away. But recently I started to feel a bit tingling sensation and numbness in both my hands before I sleep. I wonder if this is post pregnancy hormones thingy too? I checked many mummys who breastfeed have this but I have stopped breastfeeding.

Yes, I experienced this on my thumbs too cos I was using manual pump in addition to the electric ones. My postnatal masseuse helped me with it but said that it will need many more sessions to heal. I decided to ignore it and it is totally healed after 10 months pp. Of course, I try not to exert pressure on my thumbs.
