Just Mums

lochia stopped then started again

I gave birth 3 weeks ago. After the second week, my lochia stopped and I was just getting colourless/off white discharge. Then this week, it's back to blood. It's very dark red in colour. I'm exclusively breastfeeding. It can't be menses right? Does lochia stop then start again?
