Reccomendation for breast pump
Hello! I am FTM at week 18 pregnant. Any recommendation for breast pump, thinking to get one which can use at home and outside (when back to office)instead of getting 2.
I'd go for a portable electric pump that's compact enough to bring to the office, since you'll want something reliable for both home and work. I used the Spectra S9 with my first and it was brilliant for my routine, though some mums swear by the Philips Avent or Medela portables if you prefer something lighter to carry around. The trade-off is usually between suction strength and portability, so think about whether you'd rather prioritise comfort at home or genuine convenience at the office. Also consider whether your office has a private space to pump, because that might influence which model suits you best. I'd check out what other mums in your office are using too, sometimes the practical tips from people in your actual workplace are gold.
