Hi. :) personally, I feel it's impt to take prenatal vitamins. I'm at 27 weeks too. Currently taking Fish Oil + Transfer Factor + Riovida Juice from 4Life. Plus Obimin. Started taking Obimin when I found out I'm pregnant. The rest, it's a constant. So far, so good. Gave me the energy I need. Haven't felt any discomfort & been riding thru the pregnancy. Don't wanna jinx it tho! You may wanna check them out. But again, different body is different. All the best! 🥰

& yes forgot to mention, I'm currently turning 37 weeks. TF has been a constant in my life heheh.

I’m 27 weeks and I change my pre-natal vit at abt 26 weeks. Blackmore to GNC brand. I felt better. Ask doc, doc say no problem changing. It’s a assistant to your health, but natural food better. I feel somewhat the content for all different vit varies alittle. So do some research before getting. I thought Blackmore is good, but found out GNC got more iron that helps with production of blood.

Ftm here too. I’ve been taking Dhaxtra soft gel DHA fish oil and Dr Wess Prenatium from my gynae. Both works well for me, doesn’t make me nausea. Was told can continue to take after delivery too. Previously I was taking swisse, can’t stand the smell and taste.

If you could, you should! The supplements are to help the baby grow well! Otherwise talk to your gynae to see if there is other alternatives which might be easier for you to take. Stay safe and God bless you and baby!

the vitamin are important! I'm taking omega 3, obimin and vitamin D. don't eat these with milk. for me , I take omega 3 in the morning after I wake up. then when I eat my lunch, I eat obimin. then dinner I eat vitamin D.

all except one po yung exceedingly expensive..probiotic. i increased my fluid from water na lang plus milk or yakult..im still taking them kasi ftm at full time raketera po ako..naninigurado na po ako..1st baby at 30's

I've been taking this supplement even before pregnancy! but same, after preg when I eat it, I will feel nauseous abit but I just keep on going with it!

Super Mum

I didn’t take any for both my pregnancies. Instead, I ensured that I got these vitamins from the food I ate:) natural and less nausea-inducing
