hello i am first time mummy to be and working ft job. i wonder if you have any energy booster supplement recommendation or tips to over come tiredness? #pregnancy #firsttimemom #help1sttimemompls

if u can wfh and work is rather flexible, take naps. otherwise short naps during lunch is also good. try not to eat sugary and junk food as that will cause a greater sugar crash and will feel even more tired after that
