Dear mummies, how do you cope and manage with 1st trimester anxiety?

I am a first time mum-to-be and currently at 7 weeks. However, I am anxious about pregnancy instability during the 1st trimester such as possibly of miscarriage since I was informed by my doctor that 1st pregnancy has a higher chance of it. My pregnancy symptoms are very mild as well since I found out few weeks ago, and my test lines comtinue to be strong and dark. I am just worried 🥺
