Dear mummies, how do you cope and manage with 1st trimester anxiety?

If the baby is healthy, it will stick 💪🏻 And if not - nature will take care of it. Just do your part of taking care of yourself and not doing unsafe things, and the rest is not within our control 🥲 With my first baby I was taking utrogestan just to be on a safer side, but now with my second I am less anxious and trying without it :))

Have good thoughts and be optimistic! Trust that all will go well (until proven otherwise). Delulu is the only solulu! 🥰
