I change folic acid to drinking warm milk everyday from FrisoMom Gold. At the same time drink lots of warm water, fruits & greens.

By right folic acid helps to ease constipation. But you cn try high fibre food. Fruits. Lots of plain water.

U can try to take yogurt or drink yakult

More fruits and veg to your diet
