9 weeks pregger

I feel very tired if I walk 18-20 steps and start taking deep breaths, sometimes even when I am talking continuously I start taking deep breaths. Is this normal? Also is back pain normal?

very normal try to rest as much as you can in your first three months and can slowly start being active .
