Stressed and depressed during first trimester

I feel sorry for my baby as I am close to week 12 and down with H1N1 and to make things worse, I am have a bad drug allergy reaction. I feel helpless as there is nothing that I can do to ensure my baby’s development will be well with all these that I am going through. Does anyone know someone that been through the same and still have birth to a healthy baby?
