Doctor say my baby's brain undevelopes

I feel like I've met with a inexperienced doctor Doctor say placenta is low laying + baby seems small, 1 part of the womb or something is not getting sufficient blood flow so hence may have affected the size of baby Dr wanted me to take Aspirin to thin my blood but i rejected They say if it really continue the effect would be 1) baby will be small 2) i will have high BP Since is the detailed scan they scanned the brain area and dr say it seems like 1 part of the brain is under developed or not developed cos it did not show in the scan But i had to scan 4 times bcos of the position of the baby(lodge at my pelvic bone) scanned 4 times and i got bruises she didnt state if tat part is missing what happens to the baby also she jus say it looks missing need to rescan later+ check size of baby in 4 weeks Not only that, when I ask about my food intake she keeps interrupting me n wanted to offer my consultant???? Counselling help with food intake meh
