Anyone feeling the same in this hot weather?

I feel hot during day time when I am at home and I have a habit of having my fan on throughout the day, but I feel chills and muscle aches all over and start to feel cold? It's weird because I checked my temperature and I'm not having fever

I experienced something similar during pregnancy too, mummy 😅 I would feel hot one moment and then suddenly get chills even though I didn't have a fever. My OB said hormonal changes can really affect how we regulate body temperature. Just keep an eye on it, stay hydrated, and get plenty of rest. If you develop a fever or start feeling unwell, I'd check with your doctor ❤️
